Autumnal Equinox Event

The Autumnal Equinox is a time of year where we enter into another phase of transformation, growth, and enlightenment. This is when day and night, light and dark, are in balance and in harmony with one another. 

After this period, nighttime becomes longer than daytime making this a powerful time to engage in meaningful reflections and focus on letting go of what no longer serves you well in life.

To honour Autumnal Equinox, join Elena and Lindsy for a night of healing, releasing and intention setting.

We will begin with a guided meditation and grounding ceremony, accompanied by crystals and a sound bath. We will then open a reflection circle, which will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on what you have achieved, what you’d like released and what you want to achieve moving forward. Once intentions are set, Lindsy and Elena will facilitate breath work and reiki to disconnect you from anything holding you back from your goals and to open your energy field for positivity and growth. The evening will end with journaling and intention setting, followed by a closing circle with tea.
