Girl Talk

This workshop is for any girl going through puberty or who are pre-pubescent.

We will discuss body changes, personal hygiene, healthy eating, and tips for talking to our trusted adults about sensitive topics. They will learn to maintain healthy relationships with family, friends, and peers, including how to handle peer pressure, social media safety, leadership, and self-confidence so that they can be their best selves as they journey through this new time in their life.
