Girl Talk

This is a 4 week workshop for any girl going through puberty or who are prepubescent.

We will discuss body changes, personal hygiene, healthy eating, and strategies for talking to our trusted adults about difficult topics. The girls will learn how to maintain healthy relationships with family, friends and peers including how to handle peer pressure, social media safety, leadership and self confidence. This will equip our girls with the tools to be their best selves as they journey through this new and often challenging part of their life.

The workshop is hands-on, including art, yoga, mindfulness and meditation.
