Holiday Grief Circle for Adults

The holiday season can be a challenging time for those who are grieving. Our Holiday Grief Circle for Adults is a supportive space to explore the raw, messy, and often unspoken realities of grief during this time of year.

We will begin with a cacao heart-opening ceremony, inviting warmth and connection as we center ourselves and create a sacred space for healing. Through guided journaling exercises, you’ll have the opportunity to process your emotions and reflect on your grief in a meaningful way.

This is a space to:
