Loving Kindness Therapeutic Yoga Class

There is so much going on in the world. We are feeling and processing the challenges within our own lives and communities but also the pain and suffering of others around the world. It’s a heavy time for us and this heavy energy can be what’s weighing you down.

Join us on Saturday November 25 from 8:30-10:30 am for a FRER Therapeutic Yoga Class set with the intention of releasing and transmuting negative energy and filling ourselves and the world with loving kindness energy.

We will begin with an opening circle of gratitude. Over a cup of soothing tea, we will share with the group what we want to release and what we are grateful for.
