Mindful Monsters

This is an interactive workshop for parents AND children ages 4-6 years old. This workshop will help children learn to identify, understand, and express their emotions; by engaging in the workshop activities and observing their parents’ responses and regulation techniques during the session. Families will go home with tools and techniques to help the children express how they are feeling and to help them manage difficult emotions.

Fees are for one parent and child. An additional $10/child will be invoiced at the time of registration
