About the event
Mindfulness can be described to children as slowing down, being present in the current
moment, and being aware of our actions and how they impact ourselves and others.
Mindfulness requires the right tools, experiences and modeling to develop. That’s why I created this program as an emotional development tool at Children’s Healing Studio Ltd.
This is a 4-week program that supports children in practicing mindfulness. It is designed for
children between 7-10 years old.
