In this workshop you will examine your parenting strengths and challenges to define a goal that will help you lead your family with more connection in 2024. You will also gain clarity around your core family values so you know where to set and hold boundaries.

Understanding and Managing Problem Behaviours

In this workshop you will learn about your child’s behaviour as a communication tool - what it means and the most effective ways to respond to it. We will discuss root causes of meltdowns, tantrums, whining, backtalk, constant negotiations and power struggles. Determine if you use punishment or discipline so you can avoid unwanted behaviours.

Building Co-regulation and Self-regulation Skills

Are you tired of losing your cool and always feeling on edge around your kids? Do you walk on eggshells in fear of your kids acting out, then fall apart when things get difficult and find yourself in a guilt and shame spiral? The hardest part of parenting is teaching our children emotional intelligence and emotional safety when we are still learning this ourselves. I will help you grow your capacity for how you meet your own needs so you can be there for your kids when they need you the most.
