Does your child have difficulty sleeping?

This 4 hour workshop is the perfect start to unpacking fears around bedtime and developing a healthy bedtime routine.

The children will have an opportunity to talk about what worries them at night and what feelings they have during bedtime. They will each come home with tools to help them manage their night time emotions and promote healthy sleeping patterns.

Each child will make:

An essential oil roll on to use at bedtime

Dream catcher

A sleeping pal (scented with essential oils)

And more
