Usui Level 1 Reiki and Crystals Certification

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing. The practitioner is trained to channel Universal Life Force Energy (also known as chi) into themselves and others for healing of the mind, body, and soul. When combined with the natural vibrational frequencies of crystals, this practice can be even more potent, enhancing the healing process and deepening your connection to the energy around you.

Founded in the late 19th century by Dr. Mikao Usui, this ancient practice can be used to heal oneself, others, animals, plants, and even the Earth. Crystals, with their unique properties, can amplify this energy, focusing it where it is needed most. Many people seek Reiki and crystal healing for pain relief, immune system support, and to restore energetic balance. Together, these practices have proven effective in addressing various illnesses and ailments, working in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques by accelerating the body’s natural healing abilities.

In our Usui Reiki Level 1 training, you will be introduced to the history and main principles of Reiki and crystal healing. You will learn the basic hand positions for treatment, as well as how to select and use crystals in your healing sessions. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to practice using Reiki and crystals on yourself and others, enhancing your understanding and experience of these complementary modalities.

This training is open to anyone interested in learning more about Reiki. Upon completion of training, you'll have the practical tools for self-healing and for helping others on their healing path. Once completed you will receive a first degree certificate of completion and is a pre-requisite for the second degree training.
