Virtual Loving Kindness Meditation (7+ years old)

This virtual meditation is going to be a combined art and meditation workshop. We are going to begin with a conversation about kindness and empathy. We will discuss the importance of being kind to others, but also to ourselves. We are going to make positive affirmation squares with paper for the kids to bring to their local park, to be placed for others to find them.

We will then end with a loving kindness meditation where they will send love to themselves, their friends and family, those who have hurt them, and to all children around the world.
