Reiki

Dr. Elena Merenda is a Certified Level 3 Usui Reiki Master providing Reiki healing for both adults and children.

Reiki is a form of alternative therapy commonly referred to as energy healing, where the energy flows from the practitioners’ palms to the client. Reiki recharges and rebalances your body by removing blockages in your 7 Chakras, allowing from more positive energy flow.

Reiki has many benefits for adults, children, and teens including:

  • relieves anxiety

  • reduces pain

  • improves behaviour

  • enhances focus

  • improves sleep

  • encourages the body to self-heal

  • removes energy blocks

  • clears chakras

Fees:

  • 60 minute reiki sessions for adult and children (10+ years) $125 + tax

  • 30 minute reiki sessions for children (4-9 years) $90 + tax

  • Discovery Call $20 + tax

Past Life Regression

In Past Life Regression (PLR), you are regressed to past lives, to help resolve them, providing positive effects on your present day issues.

PLR assumes:

  • We have many physical bodies, that we reincarnate into, and

  • We have a spiritual body, that carries into the present life emotional and mental residues, and imprints of karmic actions

Emotional residues can be many strong emotions with little reason, based on our present life and conscious understanding. These can range from strong attraction to strong aversion, from a phobia to an instant connection.

Mental residues can be fixed thoughts with little reason, based on our present life and conscious understanding. As presenting issues, they are often limiting beliefs or a singular frame of perception that is unhelpful for the client.

Karmic causative actions in past lives can have karmic effects in the present life. We may need to get insights into the workings of that cause and effect to apply a balancing or antidote realization, action and intention.

A PLR helps to clear the emotional residue, clarify the mental frame and understand the karmic causative actions and intentions. In PLR we often work with emotion and thought, by breaking the bond that is now out-dated, and based on events in the past that are over. So we clean up those residues, and I help you to return clean and clear into the present life. The outcome of a PLR with Dr. Elena Merenda is to move forward with more emotional peace, mental clarity and to ground to in this current life.
